Details

During the pandemic, auxiliaries learned to survive and as the pandemic began to settle, there was a reviving. However, systems were interrupted and impacted during this period by; (1) remote/hybrid/lost employees which diluted segregation of duties, (2) internal control breakdown, and (3) quick technology implementations creating confusion and incompatibility issues, to name a few. The pandemic did teach us to think differently and to shift away from what we’ve always done. Therefore, BWC wants to collaborate with the auxiliaries to embrace innovation to create value, drive growth, improve existing conditions, forge new systems, and provide best practices resulting in cleaner auxiliary audits.
