AOA's contracted room rate is $259.00/night plus applicable taxes and fees.  Reservations need to be placed by Monday, December 20, 2024.  Please note the hotel registration link will display dates associated with AOA's contracted room rate, NOT the actual conference dates.  The conference dates are:  Sunday, January 12, through Tuesday, January 14, 2025.  

Transportation

Complimentary airport shuttle service runs continuously between the Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina and San Diego International Airport from 4:45 a.m. until 1:30 a.m. Guests do not need to call the hotel for pickup.  The pickup location at the airport is in the designated "Courtesy Vehicle Pickup" area.  Follow the signs outside the baggage claim area.  At the hotel, pickups are at the main entrance.
