ATTENDEE PAYMENT POLICY
Attendee Payment Policy
Your registration entitles you to attend the 2025 AOA Annual Conference for which you have registered. Any and all other costs associated with your attendance shall be borne by you, and AOA shall have no liabilities for such costs. The payment of the applicable registration fee for the 2025 AOA Annual Conference is due upon completion of your registration. Payment to be by credit card. If such payment is insufficient or declined for any reason, the Auxiliary Organizations Association may refuse to allow you to attend the AOA Annual Conference, and shall have no liability in that regard. Access links for any portion of the conference will be sent to those registrations that show no outstanding balances owing prior to the start of the event. Registrations that show a balance owing will not be granted access to the event, and AOA will retain any payments made by the attendee.
Code of Conduct Policy - Attendee will acknowledge and agree that AOA reserves the right to remove attendee from the annual conference, if in its sole discretion, determines that attendee's participation or behavior create a disruption or hinder the event or enjoyment of the conference by other attendees.
