ATTENDEE CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Attendee Cancellation And Substitution Policy
1. Requests for cancellations or substitutions must be emailed to Richard Jackson, AOA Business Manager, at rtjackson@csuchico.edu.  All requests for cancellations or substitutions must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, December 6, 2024. 
2. If you do not cancel and do not attend the event, you are still responsible for payment.
3. Cancellation requests made before December 6, 2024 will be charged a refund processing fee of $50.00. 
4. Cancellation requests received after December 6, 2024 are not eligible for refunds. 
5. Substitution requests made before December 6, 2024 will not be charged a substitution processing fee. 
6. Substitution requests made after December 6, 2024 will be charged a substitution processing fee of $50.00.
