Biography
With a diverse background in brokering, underwriting, and client advocacy, Kailey Flannelly supports cyber incident response efforts as an Assistant Cyber Services Manager at Beazley Security. Before joining the team, she worked at insurance companies including AIG and Marsh McLennan Agency, serving publicly traded companies, middle-market businesses, startups, and nonprofit organizations across industries such as financial services, healthcare, and technology.
Kailey began her insurance career at Amica while simultaneously earning her Master’s in Cybersecurity Policy and Risk Management. She now works closely with insureds during cyber incidents—coordinating breach response efforts and connecting clients with trusted vendors such as privacy counsel and digital forensics teams. Her goal is to ensure clients receive timely, practical support tailored to their needs. With a strong understanding of the breach response process and the insurance considerations involved in cyber security, she helps make complex situations more manageable.
Kailey brings a client-focused perspective shaped by her insurance background and values clear, collaborative communication. She is passionate about helping organizations feel confident and supported throughout the incident response process.

Biography
Thomas has been with Alliant for eight years and is a broker on the Cyber team. As such, he has a wealth of experience working with cyber insurance underwriters, wholesale brokers, consultants, and vendors. He services public entity and non-profit clients of all kinds, including hospitals, health plans, cities, counties, universities, schools, transit districts, and state governments. Thomas is a licensed Property and Casualty retail broker and has obtained Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designations and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
