A common risk control service request from Auxiliaries is to provide office workstation ergonomic evaluations. In many cases, the evaluation is being performed due to pain or symptomology that is effecting the employees ability to productively accomplish their work.
Establishing a proactive office ergonomics program can not only to meet CSU and compliance requirements, but also support wellness and productivity of your employees.

Biography
John joined the Alliant Insurance Services team in 2017 where he has held the position of Lead Risk Control Consultant that includes providing a range of risk control solutions across Higher Education, Public Entity, Healthcare and Tribal Nations.
As a Lead Risk Control Consultant, John has a range of responsibilities including strategic planning and management of large account risk control services, onsite service delivery of technical risk control services, and safety program assessment and improvement planning.
John has over 28 years of experience including work at global Fortune 20 Tech companies, start-ups, and higher education. His background has included roles in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Industrial Hygiene, Operations and Account Management. While John is a generalist, he brings his passion as a safety professional, and enthusiasm for collaborative partnerships.
John holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from California State University, Fresno. He also holds two board certifications: Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), and Certified Safety Professional CSP).
