Patrice Griffith has over 25 years of experience in the field of residential, commercial and industrial real estate. She has managed and developed real estate throughout Northern CA in both the public and private sector having worked with dignitaries, state departments and major corporations. Currently, she is the Director of Real Estate Services at University Enterprises, Inc. (UEI) in Sacramento, CA. She oversees all aspects of real estate services for UEI as they acquire and develop land, manage buildings as well as project manage tenant and campus dining improvements. She currently serves as the Past President for the Building Owners Managers Association in Sacramento, mentors college students from her Alma Mater California State University East Bay (CSUEB), and teaches courses on a number of real estate topics for BOMA Sacramento. Theresa is a dynamic result driven leader in the restoration industry. She is the Regional Director of Business Development for Restoration Management Company serving the Northwestern United States. Theresa brings two decades of experience in strategic leadership, launching scalable systems and consistent contributions to clients.
