Biography
Aaron is a Partner in Maynard Nexsen’s Employment & Labor practice group.
For his entire career, Aaron has devoted his practice to management-side labor and employment law. His practice focuses on employment litigation prevention and defense and resolving employment disputes through litigation, arbitration, and mediation. In addition to his litigation practice, he regularly advises employers on strategy and policy, including best practices to avoid employment-law claims, hiring and firing decisions, employee handbooks, employee discipline, and compliance with state and local statutes, regulations, and case law.
Aaron routinely represents employers in all aspects of single-plaintiff lawsuits, including defending claims of retaliation, discrimination, failure to accommodate, harassment, wrongful termination, breach of contract, and leave of absence violations. His labor and employment experience also includes wage and hour matters involving misclassification claims, showcasing his ability to navigate complex legal terrain. Aaron has litigated cases in both state and federal courts, as well as arbitration forums.
Prior to joining Maynard Nexsen, Aaron served as a Partner at a specialized labor and employment firm in Los Angeles.
Aaron holds a J.D. and B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
