Biography
Jocelyn Wyndham serves as the Associate Vice President of Development at California State University San Marcos, where she leads a high-performing University Advancement team spanning major gifts, corporate and foundation relations, planned giving, and donor stewardship. With more than 20 years of experience in philanthropy across higher education and medical research, she brings a donor-centered approach to advancing the university’s strategic priorities. A proud double alumna of Cal State San Marcos, Jocelyn holds a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Melissa Teetzel (CRA, M.Div., MBA) is the Director of Grants and Contracts Development at California State University San Marcos (CSUSM). Housed in the Office of Graduate Studies and Research, Grants and Contracts Development encompasses research development, pre-award, and departmental post-award support functions.
Donna Day serves as the Director of Board and Campaign Operations at California State University San Marcos (CSUSM), where she supports the CSUSM Foundation Board and leads strategic initiatives to advance philanthropy and donor engagement. With extensive experience in board governance, campaign readiness, and communications, she plays a key role in driving the university’s comprehensive fundraising campaign and fostering a strong culture of philanthropy.
