Biography
Kevin A. Mojaradi is a strategic higher education leader with over two decades of experience advancing student success, institutional engagement, and inclusive excellence within the California State University system. Currently Assistant Director of Programs and Communication at CSU Northridge, Kevin leads cross-campus initiatives in marketing, DEI, and public engagement that strengthen community partnerships and elevate the student experience.
Kevin brings an intersectional lens to leadership and advocacy. He is deeply committed to fostering inclusive environments, mentoring underrepresented students, and amplifying diverse voices across academic and civic spaces. With a background in public health and communications, he bridges data-driven strategy with human-centered design.
