Our presentation will begin with a dynamic overview of Smartsheet, diving into its core features and the powerful capabilities it brings to the table. Attendees will get a clear sense of what Smartsheet can do and how it can streamline their workflows. From there, we'll take a quick tour of the key tools used to build a complete end-to-end solution—then flip the script to show them how it all comes together from the end user's point of view.
Next, we will explore how to build a simple, effective form in Smartsheet and transform it into a complete end-to-end process all in one platform. Attendees will learn how to automate approval routing and generate logs that capture key performance indicators to support informed decision-making.
We’ll conclude the presentation by highlighting several ways Auxiliary organizations can use Smartsheet—to communicate effectively across teams and departments, streamline and improve process efficiency, and transform challenging tasks into successful, easy, and even engaging ones. We will show several examples of the dashboards that we have created that reflect the end-to-end solution that Smartsheet is known for.

Karen Malone works in the Chancellor's Office as an Operations Analyst for the IT department. Karen is the CSU Smartsheet Systemwide Administrator and has been using Smartsheet for over 8 years now. Karen is certified in Smartsheet Core Product and cannot imagine working without Smartsheet by her side.
