Hotel Reservations
Please make your hotel reservations at the Oakland Marriott City Center by clicking on the link above.  When the link opens, select the drop down option and select "Attendee."  Proceed through the various reservation screens to complete your room reservation.  If an attendee has an existing room reservation and needs to make a change, click on the "Manage Existing Reservation" link.   Attendees DO NOT need a passcode link to create a new room reservation or access an existing room reservation.  

AOA's contracted room rate is $239.00/night plus applicable taxes and fees.  Reservations need to be placed by Friday, December 12, 2025.  Please note the hotel registration link will display dates associated with AOA's contracted room rate, NOT the actual conference dates.  The conference dates are:  Sunday, January 11, through Tuesday, January 13, 2026.  

Transportation

The Oakland Marriott City Center does not provide shuttle service.

 The nearest airport is the San Francisco Bay Oakland International Airport (OAK) and it is approximately 8.0 miles from the Oakland Marriott City Center.  Oakland International Airport has Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) extensions that go directly to the 12th Street BART Station in Oakland.  The 12th Street BART Station is approximately 450 feet (2 minute walk) from the Hotel.   

San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is located across San Francisco Bay and is approximately 24.0 miles from the Oakland Marriott City Center.  San Francisco International Airport also has BART extensions that go to the 12th Street BART Station in Oakland.
