AOA ANNUAL CONFERENCE ESSENTIAL DATES AND DETAILS

Conference Dates
The 2027 Annual Conference will begin on Sunday, January 10, 2027 and end on Tuesday January 12, 2027.

Registration Fee

Registration fees vary based on when you register.

  • Early Registration (through August 17, 2026):
    • Full Conference: $775
    • One-Day Registration (Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday): $350

  • Regular Registration (August 18–October 31, 2026):
    • Full Conference: $810
    • One-Day Registration (Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday): $375

  • Late Registration (November 1, 2026, through the start of the conference):
    • Full Conference: $850
    • One-Day Registration (Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday): $400

Your registration for the AOA Annual Conference includes attendance at all general, super and concurrent sessions; EXPO Grand Opening Networking Event/Reception on Sunday; Breakfast and lunch on Monday; and Breakfast and the AOA Annual Awards Program Luncheon on Tuesday. A one day registration includes attendance at all sessions and meals offered only on the day selected. Attendees are encouraged to register early for the best rates.

Payment of the applicable registration fee is due upon completion of your registration
. Payment is by credit card only. 

Registration Deadline

Early bird registration ends-August 17, 2026

Regular registration ends-October 31, 2026

Late registration ends at the conference close.

Substitution and Cancellation Policy and Schedule
Substitution requests received by December 18, 2026 will not be charged a substitution processing fee.
Substitution requests received after December 18, 2026 will be charged a substitution processing fee of $50.00.

Cancellation requests must be received in writing by 5:00 p.m., on Friday, December 18, 2026.
Cancellation requests received by December 18, 2026 will be charged a refund processing fee of $50.00.
Cancellation requests received after December 18, 2026 will not be eligible for a refund.
