Presenters must register and pay the applicable registration fee for the day on which they present. However, presenters affiliated with the CSU or AOA who attend solely to present one concurrent session and do not participate in other conference activities or meals may request to present without paying a registration fee.
Presenters affiliated with the CSU Office of the Chancellor, a CSU campus, or an AOA auxiliary who present multiple concurrent sessions must register as conference attendees and pay the applicable registration fees.
Presenters that are identified as a current or potential business partner will be required to commit and pay for a conference business partner sponsorship.
AOA does not cover travel, hotel room or meals or any other expenses associated with presenting at a concurrent session.
