Biography

Patrice Griffith has 28 years of experience in the field of real estate including student housing, residential, commercial, and industrial. Patrice has managed and developed real estate in both the public and private sector having worked alongside higher educational institutions, dignitaries, state departments and major corporations. Currently, she is the Director of Real Estate Services at University Enterprises, Inc. (UEI) and her office is located on the gorgeous Sacramento State campus. She oversees all aspects of real estate services for UEI as they acquire and develop land, manage buildings as well as project manage tenant and campus dining improvements. She currently serves as the Past President for the Building Owners Managers Association in Sacramento, mentors college students from her Alma Mater California State University East Bay (CSUEB), has been a guest speaker for real estate related courses at CSUEB and teaches courses on several real estate topics for BOMA Sacramento.
