Sunnie Giles is a founder of Quantum Leadership Group and is a global expert, keynote speaker and thought leader on innovation. Dr. Giles received her MBA degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a PhD in systems psychology from Brigham Young University. Her global research on leadership competencies for innovation was published in the Harvard Business Reviews’ Special Issue on How to Lead this summer. She is the author of the New Science of Radical Innovation, which all of you have a copy of. In addition, she is an equity partner at Lane Venture Capital, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed by International Coach Federation (ICF), an educator with Duke Continuing Education, and a member of the Board of Trustees for the Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. Previously, she served as the Stanford Business School Institute of Innovation in Developing Economies, Vice President of Strategic Marketing and Insight at Experian, General Manager of Corporate Brand Marketing at Samsung, Program Director & Global Brand Strategist at IBM, Vice President of Marketing at Broadbridge ($3B B2B Financial Solutions Company), and Manager of Business Strategy Consulting at Accenture. Her other work has been published on Forbes, INC., World Financial Review, the Leadership Network, Training Industry, the Korea Times, and Management Matters Network. She spoke in numerous conferences, most notably the prestigious Peter Drucker Forum in Vienna, Austria and conducted numerous leadership development workshops for innovation.
