Biography
Sean Kinnally is currently the Associate Director of Operations and Student Development for the Recreation and Wellness Department at California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB). He also serves as an adjunct professor of Marketing at CSUSB. Sean graduated from CSUSB in 2013 with a degree in Sports and Entertainment Marketing and earned his master’s degree in Sports Management from Wichita State University in 2015.
With experience in events, marketing, and facility management at institutions like UCLA, UNLV, Wichita State, and CSUSB, Sean also worked in the team sports division at Wasserman Media Group, managing NBA and MLB clients. He is passionate about facility operations and is dedicated to providing the best experience for members. In his free time, he enjoys reading, playing golf, cooking, and traveling.

Jeffery Woolf, CBRE's Senior Vice President, leads our national practice group for post-secondary education, known as "PSCU" (Private Sector Colleges and Universities), based in Los Angeles. With nearly four decades of real estate experience, Jeff has managed over 25,000,000 sqft of real estate nationally, encompassing brokerage, appraisal, campus asset utilization (disposition/acquisition), consulting, and industry best practices. Many of the institutions he has worked with are regionally accredited.
